Have you ever stopped and meditated on Christ, the Incarnate Speech of God, becoming man and fully paying for the sins of His people. Today, that is what we will meditate on. It is an amazing truth for those who suffer from depression to focus on. Being someone that suffers from depression this particular truth really hit home for me, for it is something I constantly remind myself of and am drawn to my knees as I meditate on wonderful truth. It is through those times of prayer that I am snatched up out of my depression and thrust into the wonderous person of Jesus Christ.
